These Terms govern your use of Stobox Compass, operated by Stobox Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in Wyoming, US, with its registered office at 1049 Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, New York, US.
By creating an account or using any part of the Compass platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Compass is an editorial intelligence product covering tokenized real-world assets. Market data, compliance metadata, and AI-generated reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, or regulatory advice. Always consult a licensed professional for decisions that touch regulated activity.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at legal@stobox.io if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments trigger a grace period; continued failure after dunning may downgrade your account. One-time product purchases are non-refundable once the deliverable has been generated (e.g., an AI readiness report has been produced).
You may not: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits on the service; (b) use the service to send unsolicited commercial communication; (c) upload content you do not have the right to share; (d) probe the platform for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated disclosure. Responsible-disclosure reports should go to legal@stobox.io.
The Stobox AXIS methodology, scoring rubrics, editorial assessments, and user-interface design are the property of Stobox Technologies Inc. You retain rights to content you upload (project data, logos, assessment answers) and grant us a licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Compass uses large language models from sub-processors listed at /sub-processors. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated reports before acting on them.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product at least 30 days before taking effect for existing customers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, US, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, US.
